Shipping policy
- During the checkout process, you can pick it up or have it couriered, depending on the area of your receiver's delivery address.
- Once your order is complete with payment, allow up to the next business day for us to pack your parcel.
- You will receive an email with the tracking number and link to the courier's tracking webpage once it is packed and ready for courier pick up.
- Please make sure that you've provided the correct shipping information. Once the courier scans your parcel, we won't be able to retrieve or correct the details. Note that we take no responsibility if the parcel is lost during shipping. However, we will help investigate the matter further to the best of our ability.
